Good News! My fourth book is available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. This book was a lot
of fun to write. The artist did a magnificent job on the cover. A special thanks goes to
the editor that helped me tremendously with the wording in the book. The result is a
perfectly blended work of art.

My third book is now on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. I'm really pleased with this
book. I enlisted the support of a really good editor. When she was not laughing
at the contents of this book, she offered some great insight by helping me create a book
that flows from one funny story to another. I do have a supply of this book at my house.

When the book was first published, Amazon printed the book on the wrong paper which meant the beautiful pictures of the hostas in the book were black and white. I finally was able to fix the issue with the pictures. You will see this book is listed as version 2 on Amazon. The book is still on it's first edition in Barnes and Noble because they have always used the correct paper. I'm really excited because I plan to translate this book into Russian! This will be a long process. This project will be lots of fun. |

At the time he wrote his book, my house was the other author's brother's house.

This book is a humorous view of Customer Service. The problem of wrong customer service
occurs before the customer enters into the business to engage in a service or a product.
The analogy is that there is a hole in the dam and there is water damage downstream from the dam.
Everyone is concentrating on managing the downstream damage, rather than fixing the hole
in the dam. The hero, the customer service employee, has the solution to all poor customer
service issues. I imply in the book that Corporate actually likes poor customer service
because it gives them a reason to keep hourly wages low.
